Job Description
This
is a challenging, high-caliber customer contact position. We are a motivated,
quota driven team who proudly provides a quality customer experience. Retention
Agents promote Sprint’s products and services while retaining customer
requesting to disconnect their service.
Position Requirements
-
High School Diploma or
G.E.D. equivalent
-
At least 18 years of age
and legally eligible to work in the United States
-
At least 1 year of
Customer Service and/or Sales experience
-
Ability to overcome
objections and establish customer’s confidence
-
Typing skills and strong
computer skills using Windows-based systems
-
Willing to submit to, and pass, a background check and drug screening prior
to being hired
-
Flexibility to work any shift between the hours of operation
-
Willing to sell or promote a Sprint product or service on every call.
Shift Information
All work
schedules are full time. Work schedules are based upon
business needs and Agents must be available to work any shift, any day of the
week during the hours of operation, including nights, weekends, overtime and
holidays. Shift bids are based on seniority. Our current hours of operation are
as follows:

Monday through Friday: 7:00am to 1:15am

Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00 midnight

Sundays: 10:00am to 10:00pm
Pay
-
Starting base pay rate is
$10.38 - $12.99 per hour ($21,600 - $27,000 per year), plus commission. Pay
is based on related customer service experience.

Commission is based on
meeting goals for customer retention and selling products and services.
Individuals meeting their goals can earn up to $3,000 per month in
incentives, in addition to the base pay
