Now Hiring Customer Service Specialists

Job Description
The Customer Service Specialist handles inbound calls regarding billing, handset problems, activation and entry of new accounts into our systems. Once the customer is satisfied and his/her problem has been resolved, you are required to educate and offer products/services that would be to the customer’s advantage.
Position Requirements
- 1 year of customer service and strong computer skills using Windows based systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Sprint is a drug screen and background screening employer.
Shift Information
Our call center is open 8 AM- 1 AM Monday – Saturday and Sunday, 11 AM – 1 AM. Candidate must be flexible and willing to work any hours within our hours of operation.
Pay
- Base pay begins at $12.00/hour
- Shift differential of 10% after 6pm and 15% after 12am
- Customer Service Specialists become eligible for benefits 31 days from date of hire.
Training
The first 4 weeks are classroom training then 2 weeks of LAB. Once you have successfully completed training, you will need to be flexible to work anytime during the hours of operation, including overtime, weekends and holidays.
