Job Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative you will provide inbound telephone support for customer calls with the objective of extending contracts, to sell new or additional products and/or services while providing customer satisfaction and retention. This position answers non-technical questions regarding company products and determines the status of returns, repairs, replacements, orders, delivery schedules, etc. Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements/changes, product pricing and resolves return credit problems and billing questions. By troubleshooting, investigating and resolving customers' questions and challenges with Sprint’s products and services with an objective of resolving each issue on the first call. You will be expected to provide empathetic, courteous, quality customer service in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with Sprint protocols as well as maintaining a positive, problem-solving approach in the spirit of cooperation in the team environment. Clear communication via e-mail and the telephone using proper spelling and grammar to proactively resolve customer issues is imperative.

Basic Qualifications include:

Must be 18 years old
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
Strong computer skills using Windows based systems, ability to toggle multiple screens
Sprint is a drug screen and background screening employer.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to attend a 7 week mandatory paid training program on-site
