Job Description
The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers and company sales and/or services representatives to handle a variety of functions. The core job duties include indirect and direct sales, Telesales, Sprint company-owned retail centers and working with various other retail partners. Representatives may provide account assistance, account research, answer technical, billing, and other questions and inquiries as well as solve multiple complex issues per contact from dealers regarding Sprint wireless products and services. Representatives may take orders for activations and/or account changes by telephone, chat, email, tickets, etc.
Position Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and use multiple PC and web-based applications at the same time and be proficient with MS Windows
- Strong problem solving skills with customer focus and effective communication skills
- Must be able to work any 40 hour weekly schedule within the department hours of operation (5am-12am, Monday-Saturday and 7am-9pm, Sunday) including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
Pay
- Base pay $12.00/hour
- Shift differential paid for scheduled hours worked between 6pm and 12am
- Paid training
- Annual Bonus Potential
- Sprint Order Specialist become eligible for benefits 31 days from date of hire.
After successfully completing training, the Representative's total compensation includes base pay, shift differentials and annual bonuses.
